In most cases, you will reduce paperwork and increase response time for your claim by calling the claims reporting center for the carrier providing your worker's compensation coverage If your carrier is not listed, or you are unsure of the carrier's name, call Rua-Dumont-Audet Insurance.

Please remember that expediting our response to a worker's compensation claim is paramount to monitoring the size of the claim and assisting your employee in returning to work. You should have the following information ready when reporting the accident.
- Injured party's name, social security number and date of employment
- Average wage of injured party
- Witness names (if any)
