Reporting a Personal Insurance ClaimIf you are a personal (individual or family policy) client Contact us in person during business hours; Monday-Friday 9:00 to 5:00 or by phone at 508-673-5808.
If you have a policy with Commerce, you can report your claim by telephone.
If you have your policy handy, give the policy number when you call. You can still call in your claim anytime without your policy number. Have the information regarding your claim handy when you call.
